A quick way to tell if your wraps need to be refreshed is by touch...do they feel more like fabric and do you need to apply more pressure to make them stick? If you have answered yes, then they need a wax top-up!  
 
One 30g bar will recover one of the following options:
a Multi Pack of one large, one medium and one small wrap OR
a Large Pack of two large wraps OR
a Medium Pack of two medium wraps and a rectangle
